it's interschool national biathlon 2006
all of us were very excited
some of the juniors were scared
as dey r still greenhorns
nv race before
unfamiliarity
cause fear
it's a tough day for most of us
especially for me
as i din go for any of the biathlon trg sessions
was bz preparing for mid yr
it's been a yr since i trained for the last biathlon
wow
time really passed v fast hor
y past so fast
it's gd n bad
pro: bad times passes faster
con: gd time passes faster
ok back to my point,
we were kinda taking our own sweet tym
dat we almost missed our start
cos we started warm up 30min b4 race start
which is v late!
at least an hr

we ran to the start line
juz as i reach dere
(we were behind the pack
cos we got dere late everyone else was dere alr)
at the pt of time of putting on my goggles
the horn went off
i was lyk huh!!
gosh
ran straight into the water n got caught in between so many hands n legs
sweeping n pulling n kicking
n some of my juniors lyk enyao
haven even reach the starting line
still struggling to the start line
lmao
bad start!
den the swim was quite bad too
800m swim

tired man
i got our of the water with my jelly legs
try to stabilize myself
i ran to my transition box n start with the run
but i find it hard to continue with the run
it's so tough suddenly
the sun was scorching
but i din start to walk
i just hang on there finish up the 5km n i can play later
i din care if i am gng to win a trophy or not
i just want to finish the whole race

the volunteers at the finishing line so nice
help my take out my championship(timing gadget)
den gif me a bottle of cold mineral water n HO two
hehe
for those who took part in individuals b div gals
chrislyn was 5th melissa was 7th n i'm 8th
at 1st i find meself din really do a gd race
i gif up hope already
but den when i go check the results
i was actually 8th lehz
i shocked man...
i'm so glad everything is over
mid yr is over
n i've taken my 2.4 run yesterday
today i finish my race
just lyk relieving myself from the hardcore stress liddat
esp mid yr
suc big time

i so looking forward to OBS next tue!!
