what a long day!!!
oh my gosh...
super tired when i get home la 7++
hmm
lessons were quite bearable today...
It's oso the official day dat we started lessons
was quite an interesting day..
eventful

mayb it's cos everybody is still unfamiliar wif one another
we were all very quiet during lessons
PHYSICS PRACTICAL WAS SCARY!!!
it's my 1st lesson wif LLM!!!!

We were super punctual or shld say we were early!!
stood outside the lab quietly
waiting for her instructions to go in
guess wat
nobody breathed a word..
no one dares to..
every one of us even bothered to lift the stool up w/o making any noise
just in case she scold...

Miss Eu Hong Leng told us dat she'll do an experiment with us
centrifudging lar..
She said " I will not be using blood for this experiment la..
but I'll be using milk..

trg was 3.30pm at Queenstown Track
haha it started pouring heavily
when we juz started to run our 1st round of warm up
hahaha
n we worked on core strength
yea...
had many new sets today

n hard to do.
i tot core strength will be for the day
how i noe when e rain stopped
Mr Lee make us run 8 rounds- tempo run
2 easy, 4 hard, 2 easy

i quite impressed wif myself for being able to complete today's trg
WITHOUT COMPLAINING!!!!
