HMM..
maybe I still think track sucks on thursday...
cos I din do well in the 400m...
yeah~~
almost last in my heats...
but i caught up 2 gals at the end...
phew~~
hahax...
and..
yesterday's race 4*400m...
actually i wont get the chance to run if joanna wasnt going to taiwan
and emi sub her..
then again..
emi was going to malaysia..
so I sub her in the end....
was cool...
haha..
amanda was the 1st runner...
me the 2nd runner...
chrislyn the 3rd runner
leena the 4th runner...
We are in heats 2 while the seniors in heats 1..
It's quite a tough one..
esp for us..
cos it's our 1st time running 4*400m with other schools..
n we dont know our opponents..
the gun went off...
and amanda took off...
i'm nervous...
i'm going to receive the baton from her..
there she was at the last bend...
I got ready in my position
received the baton from her n took off...
ther was a cedar gals(if nt it's crescent gals) in front of me..
way so front
I tried to keep up with her if i can...
n i passed the 1st bend and cut into the 1st lane aft the cones..
to alex: I cut until very nicely OK!!!

I could see the gap in between us was getting closer...
and out of a sudden..
i had a kind of motivation to catch her..
I tried hard to
and at the last bend...
I caught up with her...
and overtook her!
I could feel the atmosphere at the last bend
where I'm going to catch her at that time
I could hear shoutings and cheerings..
I felt so super duper shuang when i overtook her!!!

I guessed it boost my morale by overtaking her..
and I made her demoralised...

and i really pia the last 100m metre lor..
I could see chrislyn waiting for my baton...
chrissie went off....
and I felt so relieved aft completing my relay part..
but I was still very nervous for the others...
yeah~~~
and last but not least...
It's leena the ah soh's turn to ran the last 400m..
and she ran and ran..
I felt hyper anxious cos a cedar gal was going to catch her liaoozz..
and yeah~ she did...
BUt i think the last runner of cedar was really fast lor...
and NOT the 2nd runner was slow...
or lan pong according to fann..
I tink she ran the same timing(76secs) I ran on thursday 400m dash..
It was just that I ran faster yesterday... (73secs)
and 3 secs could mean more than 15m or even 20m on the track lor...
that's y I overtook her ok...
Pandian praised me for doing very well sia..
hahahahahax...
I was so happy!!!
hMm..
and I guess it's not that track sucks previously...
It was I sucked at them!!!
